Roadside Auto Club provides you with reliable emergency roadside assistance services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whenever you, your spouse or an associate member has a problem with a disabled car, motorcycle or small truck, our trusted membership representatives will send help with a simple call to our toll-free number.
We will dispatch a service provider to you for the following services:
Roadside Auto Club will make payment to the service facility directly for covered dispatch expenses up to your $75 per disablement benefit limit.
This emergency road and tow benefit applies to any non-commercial vehicle you are driving at the time of disablement. Any car owned, leased or borrowed by a member will be covered. Covered vehicles must be non-commercial and have a gross weight not exceeding 2.5 tons.
The benefit limit per occurrence is $75. Any expenses incurred beyond the $75 limit will be the responsibility of the member, payable directly to their service facility, and are not reimbursable. One service is allowed per 72 hours, with a limit of three services per year. Your benefit limit is a maximum per disablement, regardless of services performed.
Dispatch coverage for winching is limited to a 30-minute service call; any expenses incurred beyond a 30-minute dispatch call will be the responsibility of the member, payable directly to the service facility and is not reimbursable.
This service is intended to cover emergencies and is not intended to be a substitute for proper vehicle maintenance or repair. Repeated calls which are considered excessive may, at the discretion of Roadside Auto Club., result in cancellation of membership.*
The registered member must be with the vehicle at the time of disablement and must provide proper identification and proof of membership to the service provider upon request.
If your car can't be started, towing from the point of disablement will be provided to the destination of the member's choice, up to 15 miles. Service is limited to one tow or service call per disablement.
Service is available to provide a battery jump start and minor roadside adjustments to start the car, even if it's in your driveway. If your car can't be started, towing will be provided in accordance with the program's towing service provisions.
A flat tire will be changed with your spare tire. If for any reason the spare is not usable, the lug nuts cannot be removed or the vehicle has two flat tires with one usable spare, towing will be provided in accordance with the program's towing provisions.
An emergency fuel supply will be delivered to a member in immediate need, up to 2 gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel. The member must pay for fuel at the current pump price.
If a member’s car key is lost, broken, or locked inside the car, we will make arrangements for the lockout service to open the vehicle door.
If a member's vehicle is stuck in a ditch, mud or snow, but is accessible from a normally traveled road, service will be provided to tow or winch the vehicle. Coverage for winching is limited to a 30-minute service call.
